Five stars for Carlos Burnes. He has amazing energy and a welcoming spirit. Anytime I have an issue, he is right there with a solution. Very attentive with a positive attitude. If it wasn’t for him, I would’ve cancelled this membership months ago.

There is never toilet paper in the bathroom, lack of disinfecting spray, lack of paper towels.
