The staff is friendly and turnover isn't high so you see a lot of the same employees. If there is someone in the drive-thru just go in for pharmacy. There are a lot of old people in the area and they take forever in there.

Front associate Missy was very rude and uncaring.I was in an emergency situation and it was not something I had experienced ever before. She said I don’t care and can’t do anything for you at the moment. All I asked was for her check me out she was not concerned about my situation and very rudely continued to serve me.Missy should not be in customer service!

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE… Came into this store tonight to purchase nasal saline. The price on the app was for $7.49 however in store it was priced at $10.00. Request for a price adjustment and the cashier stated he could not which is a lie. Ive been able to have an item price matched before and I am a former Walgreens employee that knows this is possible. He phoned for a manager to come to the register. She instead called and never came to the register. This is horrible on management to never come to assist with a customer complaint. I will never shop at this Walgreens again as this is the second time when I have been the only black person in store, things are not properly handled. Wish I would’ve been able to get the manager on duty tonight name so that this Walgreens could insure she took the customer service training again or hire someone better fit for the position.

I recommend you get your prescriptions from any other location then this one. Sarah is the best one there, but I feel rthe other young kids they have there just like to play around.They have young kids working there and when a doctor prescribed something and even though it was filled before, this time they want to deny me my medication. I have insurance so it's not like I am asking them for free. They told my doctor I had to try a different less expensive. So when I told him that is the only thing that works, and they wouldn't even allow me to pick them up as I would pay cash. I will get the script again next time I go, but I will have it sent to CVS or the medicine shop. Definitely I will be pulling all my scripts from Walgreens.

I attempted to receive a flu shot and vaccine at this location as the pharmacy at my nearest location is always a disorganized mess. First, the website only allows you to book one vaccine at a time. I scheduled an appointment for one, and then they refused to do the other because they were "too busy" to give an extra shot. There were four of us there for shots. It took a few minutes to book people in and less than two minutes per person per shot, but they couldn't help more than a few people in the hour I was there? They even turned away someone in a military uniform who came in for a Covid booster. Despite having an appointment, I waited over 45 minutes! Pathetic service and rude staff... The person checking me in ignored me for several minutes while trying to replace staples. She wouldn't even acknowledge that I was standing in line. The pharmacist didn't call anyone back until several of us were there, which seems to be the operating procedure at Walgreen's. The last time I got a flu shot, I had an appointment and the pharmacist waited until ten people were waiting, most of whom didn't have an appointment. Time to give up on Walgreen's altogether. Seriously, Walgreens, shame on you for running local pharmacies out of business only to demonstrate a total disregard for the people in your communities.

I scheduled a covid test online at 9:45am as that was the first time available. I showed up at 9:40 and went to the pharmacy drive thru. The pharmacy was closed so I called the store to ask for instructions. No answer. I went in the store and asked a cashier where I could do a covid test. She said she didn’t know but I could the guy walking in the door. I asked DAVID, the pharmacy manager, where I should go for a covid test. He said “we don’t do those here”. I said “is this not 6607 state route 162 in maryville? I scheduled a an appointment here at 9:45” he said “oh I guess they’re doing them again”. I said “ok where should I go cause the pharmacy looks like it is closed?” He said “it’s closed and we don’t open till 10am”. I said “why would it allow me to make an appointment for 9:45 then?” He said “I don’t know. I didn’t do it” I said “that’s rude and it doesn’t answer my question.” He said “well we open at 10am.” I said “wow” and I left and drove to the drive through to take my test. I was really surprised at how rude and unprofessional this “pharmacy manager” DAVID was. Really a bad experience left me pretty disappointed with the disrespectful attitude DAVID had.

This is a good location to go to. It's never very busy, and the staff seem to know the store well. I go here when I don't feel like going to Walmart, even though they are a little more expensive. They have a great selection of candy too.

I am charged twice for photos each time I place an online photo order. Online and in-store.I always receive a stupid response from a female manager there. I will not be shopping there again.
