I have high standards
Being a previous Repair Shop owner in the business for over 25 years I have high standard. It started with other a basic Google maps search of my area. I called and very pleasant Tracy. I cancelled but called to cancel three times. They were very patient. They offered me a ride which I hold as “High Value” needless to say the repair was performed on my my satisfaction and I met a shop I hope to see for any future repair work. Thanks so much for your professionalism Zig.

I've lived in Marseilles almost 10 years and I don't know why I didn't go to Zigs sooner. Highly recommend! Great friendly staff and superb service. I'll be using them from now on. I appreciate good mechanics who know what they are doing. Thanks again!

When I go to Zigs I know my car is in expert hands. They treat you as one of their own. I've had a lot of negative and scary experiences before ending up in their care! Now, I have the peace of mind knowing my kids and I won't suffer or worse because of shotty work! A BIG thank you, Mike/Zig and Tracy for being the best of the best!?

I want to start by saying I could not have asked for a more honest and compassionate man to turn to in this situation.I was sent to Zig by statefarm after my college kids had the car overheat and breakdown on I 80 at night in rain. The car was towed to Zig and left over night.Zig contacted me in the morning and explained what he saw and what would be needed to proceed.It definitely did not work out the way I had hoped, but Zig made the situation much better with his honesty and professionalism. He is an excellent mechanic and outstanding person. I only wish that there were more people like him in this world.
