“We have been doing banking with NuMark for over 25 years. We’ve have multiple car loans, checking, & savings. In-person transactions have always been great but a recent experience with fraud against our main account has solidified keeping our personal business with NuMark. Irma phoned me after 5 pm on Friday night with a potential fraudulent transaction with an altered check. That alone saved us a lot of problems snowballing from the altered check. Rhonda followed up with me the following business day and gave us specific steps of how to resolve this. At the Tinley Park location, Meghan professionally walked us through each step getting us back in business with our account. Way to go, NuMark!”

If you are a person that doesn't pay bills and doesn't try to be financially responsible then you will have bad results at any loan institution.”

My original banker ( Ms. Marie) still remembers my name and even though she has moved up into senior management, she has introduced me to other personal bankers to assist me, including Ms. Donna who was very patience with a recent transaction which took more than normal time accumulation & was very patience. This is was I do a lot of banking with the. Biggest plus is free ATM wherever I go with fee reversal.”
