My car was recently hit while I was in a store. Luckily the person who hit it waited for me to exit the store so I could get his insurance info. State Farm (who also insures our vehicles) gave me a few places to choose from to have the repairs completed and I choose this location. What a great decision I made! They did a fantastic job. There is truly no visible evidence that my car was ever damaged. It honestly looks like nothing ever happened to it. I would not hesitate to take any vehicles back to this body shop should I need work done in the future. Not only did they do an outstanding job on repairing my vehicle, those with whom I dealt were professional and friendly thoughout the process. Many thanks for a job well done!!

It was the easiest and smoothest transaction in purchasing a new car I have ever been a part of. From the very beginning in talking with our salesman, Doug, about a vehicle I was interested in to driving the vehicle home, I can't begin to say how smooth and quickly everything went.

I brought my vehicle to a dealership for diagnostic with the intent to repair by a Chevrolet certified mechanic. What I recieved was nothing more that a visual diagnostic, a part swap, minimal inadequate effort service and horrible customer service.

Worst experience ever. Sold me a CPO car with a branded/salvage title. They won't do their part in getting it fixed. Took paperwork to them to get title fixed. They never called whej it was conpleted(even though they say they did. I have proof from my cellular company) and then they threw the paperwork away. They didn't even try to look up my account to make sure they were calling the right number, or to even see if there was another number on the account they could call. They didn't/don't care that they screwed me over. I was just another sucker in their game.
I paid more money for a CPO car and apparently it wasn't even certified.
Very disappointed.
Guess I'll report to BBB and have to get a lawyer.
Bc they don't care about fixing their problem and give me no hope they will resolve this. Been trying to get this resolved for over a year. They just keep making up excuses and making it my fault, saying I didn't answer when they never called. IM NOT THE ONE WHO SOLD A CAR WITH A MESSED UP TITLE, IM NOT IN THE WRONG! FIX YOUR MISTAKES. BE A DECENT HUMAN BEING!

Crooks. Don’t recommend this dealership at all. A good friend had a terrible experience about a truck being bought brand new with problems and the dealership trying to cover up while the fixed the problem without being honest about what happened.
Also have my own story about a 2012 volt. Had the stator bearing go out. It is incredibly easy to diagnose with YouTube. Same classic sound and everything (sounds like the car is going to turn into a jet turbine transformer). Brought into this dealership and was told it was a major prob With the transmission and that it wasn’t the stator bearing. Was going to tear apart the transmission to tell me what the “real” problem was. Asked to talk with the mechanic and of course “he couldn’t come to the phone”. Told them don’t touch it I wanted a second opinion. Charged me $50 for them telling me “it’s not a stator bearing” and said I would have to pay the diagnostic fee before I could drive it off. Which they didn’t diagnose anything just said major problems with the transmission. Went to the Chevy dealership IN CARBONDALE and they DID diagnose it as a STATOR BEARING which was covered by my warranty. 1 week later after using a complimentary rental car and I had my car back good as new.
HIGHLY recommend DONT USE THESE CROOKS.
Still plan on taking the receipt to get my $50 back for a diagnosis of “not the stator bearing” although they will probably try to come up with an excuse on why they were right.
