Have been shopping here for over 50 years. In the past year, cosmetic counters were always out of the products I love. Hate shopping online. You are missing out on so many sales when you let your inventory run out and don't have the staff to help customers. Soooooo disappointed ?

Went into the store to get graduation outfits and Jearl completely dressed both of my children from head to toe to the nines! He listen to every concern and idea and made this the best and easiest shopping experience for this busy mom of two graduating seniors! If he ever leaves the store we will be lost! He knows style and and comfort. He has so much knowledge about all of the clothing that he can have you looking great and comfortable! He is a great asset to the store and so nice it's like shopping with your best friend! If you are planning on shopping go find him!

Very nice store. The Ladies that were helping me were very nice and tried hard to find things for me. I really appreciated their help. It's hard for me to find clothes. I'm older and most of the clothes now are for younger generation.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Store had shoes I had been looking at online, but I was grateful they had the same brand, given me the ability to try on the shoes. That enables me to make a good choice. The price online was about the same in store, and thus, I did not have to send anything back via the post office, wasting my time. Thanks Dillard's.

Sometimes you just don’t want people over helping , You just want to shop ; especially when spending over 100$ on a sweater . The make up counter people some are great , sometimes you have to hunt for people . When you do find someone they are always distracted or in a hurry , this place needs some improvement

Had to return a dress that my daughter decided not to wear. Returning the item was simple. Since the dress was purchased with cash, I asked for cash back. The registers must not keep cash because I was asked to go to the service desk with my voucher to receive the cash. Not a big deal because it took me through the store and I saw some really good sales.
