Replaced thermostat without my consent. Told me he put a oem one on. He put a aftermarket motorad that failed after 55 days. He's making me jump through hoops to get my money back for the warranty on a part he shouldn't have Replaced. He called about other parts and those I authorized.

Charged $20 for a diagnostic code scanning and no other services. This is simply exorbitant considering that most garages will do so for $5 (or even free).
