Great service, great customer care. Did repair necessary to get me back on road as quick as possible. Labor and parts came together at a fair rate. Only issue was there was no inclosed waiting area and it's summertime so it was very hot. But he has no control over the weather glad it wasn't extremely wet or cold out. 4.5 out of 5 stars. Would highly recommend

He rebuilt my engine in 2 days and I had multiple mechanics try and diagnose my issues and they all kept telling me different things and would give me the run around and I’ve had to just take my car to different places but at R&D services he kept my car for a few hours and found multiple issues and fixed them all while giving me a reasonable price and even allowing me to pay in installments to keep it manageable

Excellent they did my brakes a couple years ago. Then his brother did my battery. They also recently did my cruise control and throttle. Randy & RJ are the best ? thank you. Above & beyond

Highly recommend. Went out of his way to find time to stop and help get my sisters car running, very simple battery replacement for someone mechanically inclined with the right tools. Very pleasant experience and such a positive attitude. Batman to the rescue.

I received a call from my son who was driving back down to U of I Champaign that he had pulled off of exit 322 because the car was making a loud noise. He looked at the back left tire and several of the bolts had broken off and there was only one lug nut. I was at work 75 miles away and called R & D services after seeing their review on the internet. Even though it was 1 in the afternoon they said they would be able to look at it right away if we got it towed there. Once my son got there with the car at about 2:45 they looked at it and were able to fix it right away. It was a very reasonable price also. My son was on the way by 4:00. I really appreciate that Randy and Ray Jay were able to do this. As a parent it is comforting to know there are great businesses like this that really care about helping people out in a time of distress. My son said they were very personable also. Thanks.

Randy replaced the tensioner and belt on my vehicle in like 3 hours, and for a very fair price. Great work, no issues, down to Earth dude. Will always go to him or his brother for repairs on my vehicle!
