Friendly environment, good staff and pretty tasty creatine. If you ever messed up your back, go to the hydromassage and you’ll be a new man. Also if you’re a newbie Aidan K and Isaac W will get you from barely lifting the bar to 225 in a reasonable timeframe? 10/10

Been a member for 5+ yrs. Great gym with a friendly staff & that’s always looking for ways to upgrade their space. I wish it was bigger though. Between 4-6 pm, it’s almost not worth going with how crowded it gets. Maybe they can use the offices next door for classes?
