I was having last minute transmission issues, so I popped in 5 minutes before close, and he was very understandable and booked me an appointment a week later. A few days before the appointment, my brakes started going out, so I called him, and he said he would look at those as well. After test-driving my truck, he gave me a run-down on what the issues were. After fixing the truck and test-driving it once more, he gave me complimentary new wiper blades. I took my vehicle in for an oil change on Tuesday and also wanted Andy to look into a vibration in the front end plus an issue I was having with my windows. When I came back to pick it up, all sources of the problems were identified with recommendations and estimates. Andy needed to order a part for me but received it quickly and I was all taken care of by Thursday! Every interaction was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Wakefield Family Automotive!
