Had an Ice Cream Factory truck go down in Macomb Illinois, Ann with Dan's Diesel Truck did everything she could do to get us back on the road and running! They came to us and replaced the starter on our truck! Have nothing but good words to say about this company, fast and prompt service at a very reasonable price. Receptionist was very rude. If you are looking for a pleasant experience this is NOT the place to go.Refused to book work because they we scheduling far out. I said I was not in a hurry and they still would not book the work.

My truck decided to take a nose dive just off the square in Macomb, Il. A truck driver came up behind me and was pretty vulgsr. I smiled and said" well Sir I am sure when you get a bit more experience under your belt you will have the same thing happen to you and there is not much you can do about it. He got really ticked and left. I think he was older than me and I had just insulted him while being kind about it.2 minutes later a policeman showed up and put on the blue lights to get people to go around.A few min later Dan came, got me back on the road!Thank Dan!!!!!
