Last 3 or 4 times I've went to store there was only one worker and self checkout was always closed and was in line for 15 mins that's how long the line was. The 2 make workers closed the self checkout at 5pm and no other workers do that. If i had transportation id go to Hopedale or tremonts dollar store

Horrible customer service. This isn't the first time I've had problems with the employees here. No one is willing to help and when you do get some one to help they are just flat out rude. I went there today 10/13/23 just to get a coke and snacks. The card reader was messing up and the older employee who finally came to help told me " pay with a different method" when I told her I only have a debit card she looked at me and said "oh well then you dont get the merchandis" So I walked out. If your not going to be professional and nice to customers then you should find a different job.

Rude staff....very NOT customer oriented.....Inquired about a price on an unmarked item and the employee (blonde, female) told me she had no idea what the price was and did not have time to look it up. She said that I was an "inconvenience". She informed me that they were busy with refrigerated food. I will not be buying there anymore.

I do not recommend you coming to this store if you’re not gonna use self checkout because it has terrible service there! I had called a numerous amount of times with no answer which shouldn’t be the case since they’re open and this is hours before the close, so which mean I’m that case I’m giving it a 1 star because this place is pretty trashy with horrible staff service there no one is ever at the counter when you’re ready to pay unless someone is being worked with already which isn’t often! Please if can have this be seen by many and workers of dollar general because they need to straighten their acts up and work like they’re supposed to instead of just slacking off thinking they’re everything the store has got when I’d ra tbh we go in grab self checkout before talking to any of them there

when I go to a store 10 minutes before closing to grab one thing, but the doors are locked/closed early... I'm not likely to go there again.

This DG had recently went under a remodel but definitely one of the smaller stores. It has a larger food selection but it eliminated the clothing selections that the other stores have.The main reason for the 3 stars is this store has had major issues with staff over the last year, esp since Covid. There seems to be problems finding people with the right demeanor trip work with the public. There has also been several times that the door was locked at 8:45 when the store doesn't close until 9.

Gotta love it when lazy employees lock the doors five minutes before closing time. Completely irresponsible. Sign on the door they close at 9:00, not 8:55. Guess they need to change the sign. . .
