Bought a 2015 Malibu LTZ from here. It is now 2023 and the car is 8 years now with only 63,000 miles. Car was running a little rough so I took it to get looked at and it turns out I need a new transmission on a 63,000 mile Chevy. The service department suggested I trade it in, of course right? I called the 1800 number for Chevy and all they kept saying the car has no warranty due to the years not miles. MILES ruin transmissions not time. A Chevy transmission giving out at 63k miles? Don't buy Chevy, don't recommend Chevy.

I went in last month to refinance my vehicle which I only owed 14k on and the general manager Martin directed me to Kevin Flynn. I asked questions like would this make me owe more and he said "no you're just lowering your payments". Little did I know I get my paper work and it shows I owe 19k now and what they did without speaking to me is bought my car and sold it to me for MORE. so I'm going through the paperwork and it shows they sold the car back to me for 16,745 add the taxes comes out to 18846.26. How does this make sense? And you want to give me a check only for 1k dollar. Do not come here. They will scam you look you in your face and say we all pay taxes.

He did the impossible to get the best price for my vehicle and the lowest payment for my brand new trail blazer. I thank him for his hard work and putting my needs in consideration. He is the best!!
