To open a debit account, ID and social security are not enough, they also ask for your residency. I felt distrust. I don't think it was necessary.
I was approved for a credit card more than 1 week ago and it still hasn't arrived in my mailbox. In my opinion they are very strict for some things but very slow for others.
THE TRUTH IS THAT I DO NOT FEEL GOOD AT ALL WITH THE SERVICE, I JUST STARTED AND IT ALREADY LEAVES A BAD TASTE.

Chase Bank has the best tellers. They are always friendly, kind, pleasant and they know how to treat people when they come in for whatever transactions that they are doing.

3 stars is o ly because they do not have a drive up ATM & lobby ATM is incredibly slow... otherwise wonderful customer service

Go to a different location. Terrible!! Had a issue on my account that was their fault and asked the fee to be removed they said they were unable to do so. Called online they did it in a couple minutes. I used to work for Chase I know you can remove thee fee.

I'm not too impressed with this particular branch or this bank it's more just call on the phone or make an appointment and when you try to make an appointment they can't make an appointment I think they need to learn to sit down with the customer and go over everything considering when money laundering is being involved

Left work early to get assistance with my account walked in at 4:25pm and the guy name Phil is like sorry I can help you the request that you need is going to take me too long to help and I need to leave at 5pm .( He was just on his phone talking with the other bankers and giggling)The lady tries to tell Phil how he should had helped me out but he refused
