Dr. Megan is so professional with a very kind spirit. Brookside is so well run and so well staffed I didn’t get to know everyone, but thank you Jennifer and Katie for always being so kind.

My dog loves going here. The staff is very friendly and professional. The veterinarian took time to answer my questions and talked to me so I could understand what we needed to do to keep my dog healthy and comfortable

My puppy had spaying surgery. Scheduled a pickup for 3. Came to waiting room, it was filled to the brim. I stood there with my daughter waiting after 3. Finally about 3 20 they brought my puppy who just had surgery into the dirty lobby and set her down on the dirty floor to show me her incision. How disgusting. Never in my 30 plus years there have I had a dog after surgery brought out in such conditions.
They were supposed to call me 2 days later to check and didn't blaming it on the fact I called in for different medicine. Very unorganized office now. I don't know what has happened. Jennifer the office manager was left a message but never called me back.
They better improve their office procedures.

Since then when I requested a statement as to whether they would treat her after the surgery they did, they said they would not treat her. How inhumane. Shame of them. They will be reported.

Amazing compassionate care. I have used them for new puppy visits to end of life care for our elderly dogs. The whole staff is awesome. I highly recommend Brookside.

I was very nervous taking our 3 1/2 lb Lucy to be spayed! From the minute we walked into the office I felt the love and caring of all the staff! I would highly recommend Brookside as your veterinarian!

I can only share my experience- had a great first visit today with a very nice and caring vet that was considerate and willing to take the time we needed. I’ve heard such wonderful things about dr dammon ( I sure hope I’m spelling it right!) from family members - and they were right. I feel good about placing my pets in the care of this clinic. Caring is so important! Thanks for the pleasant experience!

I highly recommend Dr. D! He's very thorough, honest and compassionate. I wish that I would've found him earlier but I believe he gave us longer time with our beloved cat, Serena, than we would've had. He and his staff always return calls and take the time to listen. I truly appreciate everything they did for us, it made one the hardest days more bearable with their compassion.

My dog goes to have his nails done. He also gets his meds. I really like the techs there and the front girl Jennifer. She is always help and works with you. I only see the vet when we have issues.
