There are some employees that's are incredibly rude and are always in their phone. It seems as though they take their frustrations out on the amount of people in line by going slower. Quite frankly those problem ones are the reason the score is so low. I would put no stars because of how utterly rude and condescending this person was. A total disgrace to society how they treat their customers

The new guy at this gas station is amazing , he is well mannered always calls me sir and my wife mam , he has excellent customer service , and always buys my daughter a small slurpee I love that guy keep up the good work speedway !

Absolutely ridiculous! I always come to this gas station today was a Joke the new guy they hired needs to be fired he sat outside with his girlfriend for 20’minutes with the door locked smoking a ciggarette turning everyone around saying we are closed we are closed a few people asked why he RUDELY replied “I’m on my break” I’m sure he lost hundreds of dollars for this company maybe more who does this I understand everyone needs a break! BUT it’s ways to do this you don’t sit outside like this it’s unprofessional I wouldn’t be surprised if more reviews come with this

Whoever was cashier on 07/17/2023 around 5 pm , was extremely rude . Not even just to me , i heard her giving attitude to everyone , she also doesn't reply to "hi how are you" its just a straight face until you ask what you want . She needs to be fired or work nightshift because she is not good with people , if you see this and that was you working , if your having a bad day don't take it out on your customers . I been going here for almost a year and never had a problem with any other employees here they are so nice !

I am not one to give reviews because most of them would be negative and about bad customer service and the way people just treat each other in this world these days. But when there is something or someone ( That being Toni ). ☝️⭐️ outstanding I must share so they can be recognized for being exceptionally fabulous . I am a regular in there. it’s the only place I go to everyday for years for my vanilla coffee drink And to see one of the best employees I’ve ever seen. Toni. She is truly outstanding she juggles so much at that gas station and is so kind and sweet to every single person in that place. How do I know. ? I just love how kind she is that I stay and chat with her many times , as she is working and servicing others I observe how she works. She is superb and cares so much about what she does. And the customers. This is rare. She needs to be recognized for this . I will tell you though I did witness her being disrespected once but A gentlemen there He believed to be new , Dark hair. Little longer , recently started. Maybe his name is Powell . Actually I was double charged by him because he had no idea how to do the register properly , Toni was trying to show him what to do and not to do , because he made the same mistake with the customer before me. , As she tried to explain to him what not to do. and to do it the right way , she went to the cooler and he was rude and disrespectful to her as she walked away. then he made a comment under his breath. I just observed. All I’m saying is that’s your boss. respect her This is just the way it should be . Toni is always professional and so kind and I just love seeing her , I am in the customer service industry, she is 5 stars. Toni is. But the rest over there Well let’s just say 1’s. But Toni makes it worth still coming there Thank you.

Cashier was rude when i asked why my pump was not working.She basically called me a liar and said i had asked for regular gas when i did no such thing.I went inside asked for 20 on pump 3. I never said i wanted regular as i ALWAYS put premium in my tank,She then claimed other customers had heard me say i wanted regular which was a lie.She then stormed out to the pump and attempted to get the premium to work.then she just jammed the nozzle into my tank flipped the autofill latch and hit it with low octane regular.she then said "We are finished" and stomped back into the store.Wow! Avoid this place at all cost.

This is my go-to gas station and I always have a great experience. I’ve had some of the best customer service ever from Jasmine. She’s so warm and professional and personable. I’m always happy when I go in to get gas or snacks and she’s there.

Use your speedway card for a gas discount and the upside app..Check around at other stations before you fill up it's a game now.

Purchase a gas card January 3rd put $30 on it was told there's zero balance called Speedway they checked the card and told me zero balance a lot of cards were bad 30 days later still no replacement I got ripped off $30 buyer beware
