Inconsistent in the products, most of the employees only spend their time doing nothing, if you ask about a product they answer badly and you have to walk very carefully because the forklifts move as if they were on the express way.

These 5 STARS are for EDWARD & him only because the rest of my experience was not so great. I came to register my business for a restaurant depot card and this poor man was SWAMPED! He called out for a manager 3 times for the person who was in front of me waiting to process a return. She said she had been waiting for 30 minutes. The amount of disrespectful people who came in after me was insane. There are policies for the kids for their own SAFETY and people just walked right past him and ignored him. But he did his job and made sure that they filled out that consent form. The phone kept ringing multiple times and he picked up every call, with great manners in letting me know and the other customer who he was trying to assist. His phone skills were amazing as he provided knowledge in product inventory that people were asking him about. He kept apologizing and I don't blame him. Luckily I work in Customer Service and I appreciate how he handled things. Do not lose a great employee and give him more rights. Poor man had to wait for a manager for who knows how long. That drives your customers to go to a different store based on experiences.
I tried asking a few other employees about a product I was looking for and nobody was able to give me an answer on where it could be found and all I got was "try looking by the coolers" Both myself and one other customer was looking for the product and between both of us we were unable to find it. There was a lady by the spice aisle-- she deserves some recognition as well as she helped us look and gave us the validation of the product being sold out. Again customer service is key for sales --- POV

Place is so bad, the lines to get out the workers have 1 or 2 cashier's while the rest stand an watch a line of 20 customers happens Everytime I go this place has HORRIBLE customer service

Most of the employees in this place are sarcastic, a manager named Hugo works, very sarcastic, you ask him something about the products you sell and they don't want to help you, you have to wait a long time and you tell them and they get upset, there are some people who are good at working, others who shouldn't have them, force their work as if they really hated being there

Most likely all business owners come here to shop for their business and they know how important customers service is in business. But customer service at this location is absolutely terrible and pathetic. You know why because everyone work for their paychecks only. No one wants to put extra effort to help someone. They don’t care about customers.Every time liquor department is close and when we ask someone to open it, they say no one is here to open it or help it. So Restaurant Depot loose business but employee don’t care because they get their paychecks.Behind the register there are always several people who just joke around and laugh but they never bothered to help someone or open the liquor department. Need some training to them. We expect some better customer service when we spend money here. We are not asking beyond the limit customer service but just basic things.When I ask what are the hours for liquor department, I was told they are the same as Restaurant Depot hours. But seems like it’s not.I hope they open liquor department on time too.

I am usually very generous in my reviews. But I thinks people at the check out counters at this location are not up to par. Some are ok. But most are slow and get stuck often. It could be a POS system issue. But despite that, it doesn’t cost much to be polite.Staff on the floor is generally fine. Pretty cooperative. And young lady at customer service counter could also be more responsive and a bit pleasant.

This place is just getting pathetic with their service.. I have been coming here since 5 years and never faced such issues around here.. since this 1-3 weeks I have just been noticing that the new Joinee on the counter gets confused or probably nervous as it’s common for a new Joinee to experience such situations but the worst part is their supervisors just watch from the computers behind cracking jokes and laughing with their friends around rather helping the counter to process faster.. totally bad management since few months
