This gas station actually claims that they have no bathrooms, which is illegal. The bathrooms are clearly labeled at the actual gas station. They just refused to let anyone use them. That also violates Mobil gas stations franchise rules. One of the things I've always liked about Mobil gas stations is that they are some of the cleanest gas stations that you'll ever find. I will never go to this gas station again.

Worst gas station in the Lombard, IL area. They indulge in blatant price gouging and their premium gas is usually priced $2 more than the cheapest gas. Umar Hayat, their Manager, is a rude guy, who does not bother about keeping his own word. I live out of town and was visiting the area in April 2023, when I happened to fill premium gas in my vehicle. While the price of $6.29 per gallon did seem out of place, I still filled the whole tank, since I had to drive back home. The lower grade gas was priced at $5.29 and the cheapest gas was priced at $4.29 per gallon. I drove around the neighborhood to look up the price at other gas stations and everywhere the premium gas was priced at $5.29 per gallon, a whole dollar less! I went back to the gas station and complained about this to the attendant, who gave me the manager's phone number and asked me to call him and inform him. I called the manager the following day, but could not get a hold of him and left a voicemail. After playing tag for a while, I finally got a hold of the manager and complained to him, and he said he just sets whatever price the owner tells him to set. He said he would make it up to me whenever I came back to town, and that I was welcome to come back again. I only happened to go back to the area in September 2023, and stopped by at the gas station, to remind them that the manager had wanted me to come back, and whether they could reimburse me the price difference. The attendant put me on the phone with the manager, Umar Hayat, the person I had spoken to earlier. The manager said he was near the gas station and would come and talk to me there. After reaching the gas station, the manager seemed to have changed his tune from how he spoke on the phone and seemed understanding, to someone who doesn't care. He told me frankly that it is a capitalist economy and they will price their gas however they wanted to price and that I was free to go to any gas station. I reminded him about his own promise that he would make it up to me when I returned back to the gas station and he said he would not do anything and I was free to go anywhere else. I informed him this was clearly a fraudulent act, pricing the gas so much higher than everybody else in the neighborhood and he didn't care and basically asked me to leave. I told him I would complain about their pricing practices to the concerned authorities and he didn't seem to care. So beware...these guys do not run their business ethically and would go to any extent to make money.

Excellent gas station and the mechanic that’s attached to this gas station Stone auto and tires very honest mechanic and very good price to repair any problem with any car I’m impressed with there honesty and prices.

With all the Bucky's that have been bought out by Casey's leaving all these Mobiles without the services that were once taken care of. Such as the Mobil credit card. They'll take the card at some Casey's station only for fuel, but don't expect to use your points, or purchase cigarettes or any other convinces you that were reasons to use Bucky's . I found a gem of a gas station in my search for a mobile that I can use my cards. This man was such a refreshing change in this who cares about us the customers . With gas prices that go up and down like a yo-yo. With service people that would rather be doing anything else other than being kind to their customers. We all know that we're just income for investors.

If you know whats happened with Bucky owned Mobiles, and the frustration using points or Mobile credit cards . Well you might wish to go to this Mobile. The man running the store was so pleasant, and kind. I told him. I would go way out of my way just to use this Mobile. What a gas station was meant to be. Ever since all went to self serve.....say hello....
