I highly recommend European health services. They are professional, reliable and very competent. I got showering service for my father and their employee Alex was wonderful with my father and my father liked him alot. I was nervous about using the new online agency model and highly recommend this agency.

I have been fortunate to have found European Services for my parents home care. Its been two years that they have been providing excellent service for my 91yt old parents. They were recommended by social service department at Good Samaritan Hospital. This recommendation was very reassuring as I didn't know where to start in finding a reliable agency. Anna at European is extremely knowledgeable and professional in arranging the help my parents needed. They had someone the very next day. The aide she provided is excellent , experienced and my parents love her. Anna also provided advice on other sources of equipment and services that we might need. I would recommend European Services as a reliable and professional agency.

I have received homecare service by European Services At Home of Lombard for over six years. I changed so many agencies before and now I am very happy. All supervisors are helpful and friendly. They help me when I need service. I appreciate the flexibility of the service. I recommend the agency to everyone who needs help with their parents or other folks.

WATCH YOUR VALUABLES....Had them come in to help my parents, was awesome, they help with light cleaning and organizing top of the dresser, bathrooms and kitchen. until I've noticed that money and jewelry was missing. Called and talked to them about it and to see if they saw it or moved it to a different location, the lady on the phone yelled at me and blamed my Family doing it.so pissed off and upset, just wanted to know if she saw the jewelry..NEVER AGAIN ..

Manager is always in bad mood , spreading a lot of negativity on caregivers, not able to communicate in professional manner.

I would like to start my story by thanking my friend Ruslana for sharing on Facebook the page created by Natalie Horbach about a supervisor position at European Service at Home in Lombard. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I have known everyone for years, like I belong here. Everyone that I met so far is extremely friendly, helpful, thoughtful, from the upper management to the caregivers. And I think I know why - because everyone who works here has a passion to help people.
I would like to use the opportunity to thank all of our caregivers for what they do, this is not an easy job - you must have a passion, a big heart, and a very caring personality, so thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
And of course big thanks to all the European Service at Home for giving me the opportunity to work for you. This is my second home and I am honored to be here.
