The staff was professional and helpful. They helped guide us through an unfamiliar process during a difficult. We were very satisfied with their services.

Our Mother arranged and pre paid for her complete memorial service. To include the viewing, luncheon to follow, flowers, music, burying of the ashes & engraving the existing stone. We were disappointed with the attention to detail A-G gave to her memorial. More people attended the service than expected & when we asked about getting more chairs we were told that was not possible! From that point on we had to double check that everything she had paid for was provided. One time when we asked about something we were told that was not in the agreement. We got her contract out & READ the portion of the contract that applied & the gentleman said he did not have her contract in front of him!!The reason you pre-arrange for a funeral is to not have to concern yourself with the details during this emotionally upsetting time, unfortunately with this establishment that is not possible! We will not be recommending this establishment to anyone!

I can't believe I'm reviewing a Funeral Home, but after attending a wake here last night, I feel it deserves some recognition. Now no one likes going to a wake (especially me), but after walking up the stairs to this very old establishment, I found myself in a very comfortable place...both mentally and physically. It felt like I was in someone's home, and where better to say goodbye to someone than at "home"? Plenty of parking both in back and across the street in the front made access a breeze and the whole town surrounding Goodale has plenty of charm and character. There's even a wine bar down the street if you want to raise a glass to a newly departed friend. A nice way to say "so long", if you asked me. And since I'm Irish, that's exactly what we did, too.
