I bought a Extang Trifecto 2.0 soft folding truck bed Tonneau Cover from them. Put the year and make, model of my truck and it said it fits. Well the bed cover was too long. I requested a return so they sent me a label but it was for me to pay the shipping because they said it was my error. As I explained to them that they are the ones that said it would fit. So I then asked if I could exchange for the correct size, and if I could get a prepaid label then. Well they came back and said they could give me a deal in a cheaper shipping rates. They wanted me to pay $165 for shipping on top of the $500 I just spent for the cover before they send me the correct size. This company is a straight rip off and this has been by far the worst customer experience that I’ve ever have gone through. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

I can’t speak to their ability to fix anything, but I can say their customer service is lacking. When I asked if they’d work with my warranty company he said no multiple times, then asked what that means to work with a warranty company for an oil change (they’ll pay for part of it) and when I started to clarify, he cut me off to say no a several more times and that they don’t work with after market warranties.

We were on the highway from Chicago to St. Louis on a Friday afternoon at around 4:40pm and suddenly the battery warning light was on. It means the alternator was not charging the battery. We took the nearest exit and tried to call auto repair shops near us. Most of them were closing for the day. Luckily Gibson Auto picked up the phone and they had the part. The next morning I drove my van to the shop and Rich and his team took care of it. In 3 hours, he delivered the van back to us at our hotel and we were back on the road. Thanks for Rich and his team for their help! They were highly reliable and professional. The charge was very reasonable and the service was excellent!

Had A Water Pump Go Out On The Old Heavy Chevy About 3Pm.These Guys Went Out Of There Way And Stayed Late To Make Sure We Was Up And Running For The Next Day Of Work. Drove Us To The Place We Was Staying At And Delivered The Vehicle There When It Was Fixed. Will Be Going Back If I Need More Work Done. Will Be Recommending This Place To People I Know. Thanks For Helping Us Out When We Needed Help.
