I was very clear on what I wanted and didn't want and my hairstylist completely ignored it. This is the second time I've gone and been dissappointed. I feel like the hairstylists copy and paste almost every balyage regardless of what you want, now mine is growing out terrible and the highlights look tacky and just gross. So dissappointed with my hair NOT AT ALL what i wanted

I have nothing but good things to say here!! Chelsea was my stylist, I gave her my vision for my hair color and she did such a phenomenal job executing it. As someone who likes to maintain a lighter blonde hair color with naturally dark blonde hair I am no stranger to salons. This by far was the best experience I’ve had. Chelsea takes care of you in a way that you’ll truly enjoy the entire experience from start to finish and an added bonus is that she will guide you through the logic behind her process so you get to know a little bit about hair magic yourself. 10/10 would recommend !!!

This place is great. They are professional, friendly, and consistent. The staff cares about you and gets to know you. I have been to a few of their stylists and all have been great. My family now goes here after trying several different places.

I have had other stylists and been other places before, but I would never consider another salon after going to Zanos in lisle. My stylist Chelsea is a sweetheart and is extremely talented. I have gotten blonde highlights multiple times and they always look amazing. She’s the best!!!
