The crew at The Animal Store are awesome. Most places I have gone the employees always make me feel like I'm a bother. Kenn was nothing like that. My wife recently adopted 2 little furry critters and unfortunately after a day and a half one of them met there untimely departure. The crew there were totally understanding and helped us a get a new furry kiddo with ease. Very happy with my experience because of how they went above and beyond. Shout out to the girl who also helped us, I just didn't get her name.

This is an amazing pet store! They have many choices for small animals such as rabbits, degus, rats, mice, fancy hamsters, chinchillas, ferrets and guinea pigs. Also large selection of pet birds, fish and reptiles (bearded dragons, snakes), various types of turtles and even a tortoise who is very friendly. Store is very clean and animals well kept and endless options for high quality pet food and enrichment. The lady working was very nice and helpful answering all my questions and let my kids hold several animals. We went in not even looking for a pet, but my daughter fell in love with a black and yellow guinea pig. My daughter’s Godmother ended up getting her that guinea pig the very same day and she could not be happier! The guinea pig is very sweet, docile, clean and we got all the supplies at the same place. Highly recommended if you are on the fence about getting a pet, especially for a child because you will be able to evaluate all your options. Also love to support small business. You will not regret it!

I go here to buy feeder mice for my ball python. They are extremely friendly and I love the customer service. And they have many exotic animals and it doesn't stink LOL it's fairly warm in there but that's for the animals I highly recommend.

Always has a great variety of plants & perches for my geckos, & the reptiles are priced better than anywhere else in the area. Birds also seem well cared for! I reccomend it especially if you're looking for reptiles & birds.

We bought 2 leopard geckos and a pacman frog from here and they are in good health. This store has plenty of animals for everyone.

WONDERFUL!! Especially for first time fish owners. If you’re just getting started, this is the place for you. All of our questions were answered and we left feeling confident about our new aquarium. Kenn was kind and the most knowledgeable person I’ve ever met when it comes to pets, food, maintenance and upkeep. Go with this small business for your pet needs. It is 10000 times better than any pet store chain!

Came here with my family because my kid wanted to go to the zoo and it was too chilly outside. We had a great experience and saw more animals than we expected. Turtles, hamsters, rabbits, snakes, birds, and even a hedgehog and more. The kids were happy and all was well.

A nice mini zoo, very clean inside, friendly folks. My 1 yr old was mesmerized seeing all parrots, bunnies, snakes, lizards, fish, etc. I am glad I found this hidden gem and will definitely return.

One of the associates that helped us was very standoffish and rude, I was interested in one of the birds and try to inquire about its health due to my lack of knowledge and experience I was asking questions trying to familiarize myself I thought maybe he was under the impression that I was accusing him so I tried to clarify and let him know that I was just trying to learn but for the rest of my visit he was curt and rudeThe display tank they had was very overstocked with fish that should not be together and they were all sick

Animal abuse and neglect - this place is god awful and I know the owners will end up in hell. Truly I wish nothing but the worst on them. All of the animals are neglected, uncared for, and just straight up abused. Poor animal care is practiced and promoted in addition to everything being double/triple the price of normal retailers. They should be shut down and the owners should be in prison. I’ve reported this place to as many animal welfare organizations as I can find and I hope everyone reading this will too. It makes me sick to know humans like this exist.

I absolutely loved this place. Such a variety of animals. Some really cool ones too. Bunnies, hedgehogs, geckos, snakes, guinea pigs, frogs and so many more. The service was so personalized, it really makes a difference

I just got the cutest and sweetest bunny from here. He’s the best and so loved. The owner and employees were very nice and informative. I had such a blast just walking around the shop and learning about all the animals they have (especially the birds) I’d much rather give this place business compared to places like pet smart.
