Employees are okay. My biggest concern is security of our personal data. They ask all the guests to write their name, address, phone number, and birthday on a guest book. However, the guest book is left open and our information (multiple people's info in one page) is visible to anyone, who passes the front desk. Also, they ask us to write down a credit card information (including security code) on a form to sign up for classes. After I saw how they treat guests' personal information, I am not sure if they will properly handle my credit card information.

The club is very good for fitness and tennis. They have 8 courts and variety of tennis teaching programs ,fitness programs for everyone at all age groups.Really great facility and great coaching in every program.Lots of families have their young children get trained there. There are some setbacks.I wish some of the people at reception treat everyone equally. To some they may be rude for no reason.Possibly they may have some prejudice against some people of their way of dressings or appearance or their skin color. Not all of them may be rude but some definitely have some problems towards certain kind of customers.

The membership programs and cost of each are incomprehensable on their website. Also the website has no pictures of their facilities. Why should I have to contact the business to get such basic information that is so badly disclosed and presented. If they are this careless in marketing their facility how badly will they be in operating it?

One of the coach was very rude. They have a bad customer service and very disorganized. Overall, very unprofessional environment. Never come back again.

THIS PLACE DOES NOTHING TO ENFORCE MASK WEARING. There's a guy here who NEVER wears his mask. Management was made aware and week after week this idiot is germing the place up. Ridiculous. COVID Central If you're at all at risk stay away Can tell the management/ownership is conservative. No matter when you come in AT LEAST one of the TVs sometimes more are showing Fox 'news'. One CNN or MSNBC and one Fox - ok; but 3 TVs on Fox??? Just want to get a workout, play tennis folks....

If you haven't been to this Club, puhleeez check it out. For tennis players (that's me) the 8 indoor courts keep us on the court year round, and come spring the four outdoor courts add to the fun! The pros here know how to teach and run great drills. For the fitness minded, this is a full service facility. Updated equipment, Reformer Pilates, and top trainers offering a wide variety of classes and 1:1 training. Classes are never overly packed and from my experience of 10+ years here this is truly a no judgment zone. Okay, that's all great but it just got better! HydroMassage Chairs! What?! Look it up! This is 10 minutes of pure bliss. Check it out! And ENJOY!
