The employees at the Lemont Homegoods are very helpful and friendly, which is not the case for some of the other locations, so kudos to the Lemont staff!! The store is very clean and well organized. The reason I didn't give it four stars is really a complaint against all the Homegoods stores now, not this location in particular. I have noticed that all the stores are cramming so much more inventory in the past few years that the shopping experience has become less enjoyable and more confusing. The inability to move your cart through the aisles, crowded sections, and products falling all around you is overwhelming and I spend much less time browsing (and less purchasing) especially on crowded days. Honestly, I love my dog and pets in general, but do we really need 3 + aisles devoted to pet goods? I love Homegoods and have for many years, but I find myself avoiding going there more and more.

The employees at this store keep certain items for themselves in the back and not out for anyone to purchase.After calling the manager Todd and being yelled at he hung up on me, all the employees at this store are rude. I would suggest shopping at another store.

What’s wrong with this US Flag (other than the fact it was made in the Philippines) Who is the buyer and do you have any quality control whatsoever? Makes me wonder about lead paint.

My wife loves this store. Always finding interesting items that we didn't know we needed and the prices are good too. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I’ve never seen such a clean homegoods ever !!!! I was stunned . Ms. Ida and cheryl(I hope I got tht right ) were rockstars . Another lady didn’t get her name she had gorgeous banana curls , she was so in tune with her surroundings and such a joy and so very knowledgeable with her job . The whole crew smiled and the energy was a beautiful thing at this location. they are obviously under good , strong leadership and it shows . Be very proud u all. I most def will be making a trip back to visit this location . It made my whole trip so worth it . It’s good to see people actually like their jobs and care . Ur location has something so special tht many don’t hve. ???#dreamteam #smiles4miles #Idaisamazing

It was my first time visiting this homegoods and my experience was quite pleasant. The store was neat and clean and very well stocked. Mary S who checked me out was so nice and sweet my overall experience was great!?? and I’ll definitely be going back there.

Horrible customer service.Employees are very rude I over heard them talking about a customer in Spanish thinking nobody would understand what they were talking about.Don't spend your money here. Go to a different location if you really need to shop at HomeGoods.

Hats off to this HomeGoods store! I have worked in retail most of my life and I know a good store when I see one. The staff is wonderful and the store is extremely well kept. I would recommend this TJ Max above all others! It is beautifully merchandised And the selection is fantastic! Job well done! I will be back again and again.

Good homegoods with good selection maybe the reason the staff and manager seem so miso is because sometimes they are UNDERSTAFF! Some of you costumers are very rude and practically throw things on the floor. When things get broken the place doesn't even charge you which is nice! What do you expect a huge homegoods in lemont? They have a great selection with great prices for the size of the store, grow up!
