My membership goes every where because I do. I stopped in on a Saturday and the computer that checks us in didn't work. We had to use paper and pen. They have no idea who is in the facility so please be careful if you use locker rooms. Locker room and rest room were clean but NO TOILET PAPER. Why?? Won't go back to this location. I didn't feel safe or cared for as a VIP member.

The young lady was very rude to my guess my guess came 10min earlier than me and she would not let my guess in i been coming here since they open in Lansing now I would never refer someone to Lansing planet fitness in other gym give me a problem it's always the black people just don't mk since definitely contacting or need the ceo phone spend to much there for them to be this petty

This gym is the worst. This smells badly and it’s extremely uncomfortable to workout because it’s hot inside.
Time to find a me gym
Here on another Saturday and again smells. When you say something to the staff they just laugh.
Really need a new gym.
Don’t want to come to gym and have to smell like locker room.

I cancelled my membership with Planet Fitness in July of this year. They charged my account for the. month of August and additionally added a late fee. The staff their was very rude and refuse to honor my cancelation and return my payment. This planet fitness is a totally unprofessional organization and club. Stay clear of this becasue they will get you every time.

Absolutely love it here. Clean, clutter free, nice locker rooms. And people actually working out. Not congregating on the machines I want.

This gym is always clean and has an amazing friendly staff! Always greets you and the gym is never too packed! You definitely get to do your full workout out without hardly waiting for a machine. I love this gym! Plus sign up for the black card their massage chairs and hydromassage are totally worth it!!!

Went there for a tour of the facility since a friend of mine joined and the place smelled, one of the employees a personal trainer there almost broke his neck trying to introduce himself to the women I came with that I had to tell him to step the hell back. Most definitely won't be going here

the staff here is so rude. every time i’ve come they’re so rude. people leave their stuff in the lockers with no lock, every locked i opened someone had stuff in it.
