I would not recommend this place to anyone very unprofessional I purchased a 2013 Kia soul from this dealer in may 2023 and been having problem with this vehicle since the car in actual in the shop now seeking repair as you can see in the picture the whole bottom carriage of the car is rusted this company will give you the run around and will not try to resolve the problem all they will say is the manager is not in and there mechanic is not certified so don’t trust them to do the work and the lie about the warranty’s they issue on the vehicle and pretend that they know what they are talking about but actually don’t

Don’t buy no car from them I got a 2015 Jeep patriots and they over charging me I had it for a year paid 5000 on it already and they saying the pay off is 16,213 dollars it’s not even worth that much I could have got me a brand new truck for that amount.

Do not buy from Lansing Auto Sales they will give you the run around. We've bought a 2017 Chevrolet Trax LT vehicle less than a month ago, we've had nothing but mechanical problems. And the water pump malfunctioned. They did not want to let us out of the deal, after they gave us a lemon. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY WILL TRY TO STICK YOU WITH THE LEMON VEHICLE AND LOAN.

They sold me a 20-4 ford Taurus for almost double of what it was worth, and when I tried getting it fixed they gave me the run arounds. This is a very scammy used car lot. I would not recommend going here

I HAVE HAD A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS SINCE DAY #1,3 MONTHS AFTER I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE, THE MOTOR & THE TRANSMISSION WENT OUT….NOW ITS 3 MONTHS LATER, MY VEHICLE IS STILL NOT FIXED NOR IS IT IN MY POSSESSION, BECAUSE THE MECHANIC SHOP WAS SUPPOSE TO REPLACE ENGINE DUE TO A RECALL AND NOW WHEN I CALL TO CHECK THE STATUS OF THE VEHICLE, THEY GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND & NEITHER THE DEALERSHIP NOR THE MECHANIC SHOP CAN TELL ME WHERE MY VEHICLE IS LOCATED.“UNPROFESSIONAL”
