I ordered a gift for Valentine’s Day this past January. On January 30 it was cleared to mail out. It’s now February 12 and I have left many voice mails and emails asking where my item is and NO ONE CALLS OR EMAILS ME BACK!!!! It’s been a week of messages but they had no issue taking my money and responding than.

BEWARE! This company told me originally that both photos weren’t satisfactory and that they would be cancelling my order (by the way, this nearly a week after I placed my order). Then I emailed customer service SEVEN different times trying to get a resolution or a simple update to see what was going on and NO ONE emailed me back. I had no idea what was going on but they had no problem processing hundreds of dollars for it.Then out of the blue someone emails me that they might be able to make the photo work but I had already enlisted in the help of another artist. Sadly, this is the second time this has happened to me with Davinci. Find another company who value their customers and their work. Davinci can’t seem to get it together. It also seems like they are deleting bad reviews because my last review isn’t in here.

I sent mydavinci a photo of my Bubba… wow amazing. The artist JennyZ did a perfect job, we couldn’t ask for anything better. The face, the eyes, it was our Bubba. He died 2 days before Christmas. This was a gift to my wife. Thanks for giving us a perfect reminder of our boy.

Will not return calls or emails. I have attempted to contact myDavinci about an order I placed. The drawing proofs came back and we're not what I had hoped. We paid extra for matting and a frame. The artists/website kept sending back the same proof to me without any adjustments so I thought I had better discuss the issue with staff. To my confusion and shock, I have been trying for over a week to contact someone, ANYONE, and all I get is a voicemail. No returned emails except one saying to email for faster reply. This is a great concept company, but trust me when I say , you had better be okay with whatever you get, no matter what you pay, because the have no customer service. I contracted a local artists so I'll be seeking a refund, if anyone gets back to me.

Order number L888570. Received sketch as a Christmas gift. Beautiful however the sketch seems like it's a digital print that has been pencil sketched over. Not a big deal however when given the instructions to not include the writing that said dude on the sweatshirt it was evident that the writing is still there making it obvious that it's not a true pencil sketch. I believe a response and a refund is needed.

I had a sketch portrait done of my boyfriend to celebrate our anniversary. I ordered the portrait with a special layout. I will admit, the process in the beginning was slow. It was difficult to get a representative on the phone to discuss the order. However once I finally got pass that obstacle and received the finished product I was absolutely amazed. The artist did an absolutely beautiful job and he loved it! He was extremely happy with the gift. Pam is very patient and helpful. I should know, I’m certain I made her crazy. But I communicated with her via chat and she was very reassuring and friendly. Thank you guys for making this occasion memorable!

I have ordered several pieces from myDaVinci over the years, and I love each one more than the last. I have a color pencil on wood portrait that looks stunning, even better than the photo! I also have ordered several caricatures and pencil sketches for pets who have passed. I will be back in the future for sure!
