Communication, knowledge, professionalism, and upfront honesty are all things that matter when dealing with a reputable company. Fortunately, I found a company that provides all the above. Recently my computer got wiped as it went through recovery back to original settings. Formatting my drive. Mark, the Executive Chief Geek, provided truly an executive experience the entire time. Aside from being able to recover all of my files, without a promise to do so, The professionalism, courtesy and communication were above par. Mark at Lake County Geeks is awesome!
Our PC had a bad hardware failure that we couldn’t figure out after several hours of google searches.
We called Mark late on Thursday night and he had it diagnosed, repaired, running, and reloaded by Saturday morning.
He knows his stuff and was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend him.
And…his prices were very fair and reasonable.

Mark did an incredible job repairing my machine. He was able to work with me and find a solution that solved my problem without breaking the bank. "5 Star Mark" is tirelessly setting up my 88 year old mother's laptop and was very skilled in removing malware we accidentally picked up.
Got me out of a pinch with his in-stock mouse last year!
Mark is always friendly, upbeat and ready to address your project.
2024 update: Mark remotely scrubbed my pc at home.
Since I am not a geek, I also had a bunch of questions and he patiently went through all my issues.
