(Translated by Google) Close to Randal Rd, a bank visible from a distance, a lot of parking space, I arranged the statement quickly and efficiently. Mr. Joseph was very helpful and I thank him for the quick and friendly service.(Original)Blisko Randal Rd, z daleka widoczny bank, dużo miejsca parkinkowego, szybko i sprawnie zalatwiłam statement. Edit (September 24, 2021): Left drive-thru ATM still has frequent problems.Well trained account service from those I've spoken with. Otherwise, 2 stars because the left ATM drive-thru has frequent technical issues affecting withdrawal and/or deposit capabilities, and I've seen those 3 or 4 roofing or HVAC boxes on the roof in the same spots for the past few months as of this date (June 25, 2021).

You have employees standing showing you where to go. Why don't you just have a desk like the old days and have people deposit there money. The machines make everything 10x longer. Guess time to go to a local bank where they still care about a customer, not care about how much money they save

The people who work here are goofy. I walked in with dirty clothes covered in oil trying to deposit a large sum of cash. an associate asked me what I needed, and told me to go wait for a teller. Then the teller directed me to an ATM that the first associate told me I couldn't use. They all acted like I had never used an ATM before. Literally pointing out every button I should hit as if I was mentally challenged.Dirty people are not poor and know how to use money. And it's funny cause I looked like an idiot because of their own directions.

Opened a new savings account. A few days later I could not access my accounts on line or through the app. It stated there was a problem with my account and I needed to call. I call and there is a 50 min wait. I wait an hour and 10 min and nothing. Tried that a few times but I have a life. I figure I'll go into my local branch and they can help me. I was wrong. They said it looked like my account was closed and I should receive a cashiers check in the mail. Nothing has come in the mail. So I call the number again and press one to leave my number and they will call you back so ya don't have to wait on the phone. Well they called back but no one was there. So here I am 2 weeks later.....I can't access my checking. My savings has been closed, where is my check?

Honestly, other than using the ATM, I would not go through the bank dealing with the ladies they have working at the business drive through line. I had the simplest of transactions, same matter i have done on a MONTHLY basis as other chase location, Crystal Lake and Cary- NEVER ANY ISSUE- today out of convenience reasons I did my deposit and cash out at Lake in the hills. The girl at the drive through which ( my mistake, seemed like she was seasoned and knew her job well) understood what i asked for, then came back to the window to tell me I can only have a certain amount withdrawn and the rest would be available the next day- and then proceeded to deposit twice. Somehow managing to lock my account for access to money 4 days from today's' date. Then proceeded to tell me because I told her so. I honestly never had this happened. The employee failed to over see other accounts and cash the check against them and made the transaction impossible. I had to call the CARY CHASE- to speak with a bank manager to help me. They had the process reversed and handled like professionals. I got my cash and my process handled like normal. EMPLOYEE TRAINING LITH CHASE! get on it.

Today I wasn't I almost a negative hundred dollars in my account. I was able to scrape up $90 and took the last of our change that we had for the vacation fund to Disneyland because I've been unemployed due to Covid since July. I sent my money over explain to the lady that I have no job and for the first time I was behind in my bills and went negative in my account she refused to take my change said that chase doesn't take change unless it's rolled. told me to go around to Lane one so she can give me my change back. first of all chace is a banking Institute that deals with money why would they not take my change so that I can make my account positive? what kind of person tell somebody who is crying and unemployed for 6 months and negative in their account by $9 which I probably would have made but maybe not because I did not have much change that they would not take their change? Makes me want to take my money out of that bank and go elsewhere. I have been a customer since they were Bank One. An absolute horrible experience by the old white lady. And the young girl who I like a lot backed her up or followed her lead not sure which it was disappointing extremely disappointing that they would treat a person this way! A customer!

I had an awesome experience here in the branch, so I'm now a fan of this location.Long story short, my daughter had a ton of change from her piggy bank and I wanted to convert it to cash. Apparently, not many banks (if any) have a coin-counting machine, and with the coin shortage, I'm not surprised. After they let me know, they gave me a manual coin-counting tray and some paper rolls to put the coins into. Thankfully my daughter already pre-sorted the coins, so I just had to line them up.Well instead of just sitting there and watching me, they helped me to pack up the coins and they were kind enough to give me a bag of the paper rolls to take home for future depositing. The teller who converted my coins was also polite and patient and complimented my daughter for collecting over $50 in change.I don't have much reason to go into the bank normally, but I'll feel confident that next time, I will be taken care of.
