I am closing accounts in this bank, where they do not respect their clients (and the business of their clients). Not only do they charge you for every move, but the employees are just rude! The employees Ella and Rebecca just suck

First time using this branch, needed to make a much larger cash withdrawal then I typically do, employees were very helpful.

If I could do zero I would. The girls at the teller station are pleasant. However everything else at this branch is below grade. From the phone system jacking you off, so you never get a live person, to the immediate sales when you enter the building. Finally the place looks unprofessional with everyone on their phones..

It is not worth it that Chase repeatedly takes money from my account without any justification and it also does not appear in the history. I realized it because I take a photo of every transaction I make to see how much I spend and what I have and that's how I saw the theft they are doing to me. I say this so you can check your accounts... because the money simply disappears...

Awesome bank. When you need cash in an emergency and the ATM’s don’t work, and the workers could care less, Sam needs to address this. Unbelievable.

Opened a new savings account. A few days later I could not access my accounts on line or through the app. It stated there was a problem with my account and I needed to call. I call and there is a 50 min wait. I wait an hour and 10 min and nothing. Tried that a few times but I have a life. I figure I'll go into my local branch and they can help me. I was wrong. They said it looked like my account was closed and I should receive a cashiers check in the mail. Nothing has come in the mail. So I call the number again and press one to leave my number and they will call you back so ya don't have to wait on the phone. Well they called back but no one was there. So here I am 2 weeks later.....I can't access my checking. My savings has been closed, where is my check?

Edit (September 24, 2021): Left drive-thru ATM still has frequent problems.Well trained account service from those I've spoken with. Otherwise, 2 stars because the left ATM drive-thru has frequent technical issues affecting withdrawal and/or deposit capabilities, and I've seen those 3 or 4 roofing or HVAC boxes on the roof in the same spots for the past few months as of this date (June 25, 2021).

You have employees standing showing you where to go. Why don't you just have a desk like the old days and have people deposit there money. The machines make everything 10x longer. Guess time to go to a local bank where they still care about a customer, not care about how much money they save
