We have no words to say THANK YOU to Sidra Ahmad. We are a family from Spain (Europe) who lived for 2 years in Lake in the Hills. Everything was new for us, including bank stuff, and Sidra was very helpful and super kind. Thanks a lot for all you did for us!!!

I had to leave a review.I had stopped at several branches to get assistance to my business account. No-one seemed to help. But at this branch, Sidra Ahmad did her best to be able to help me. She explained me the whole process perfectly. Left me with out any questions. Very informative and helpful person. 5 star goes to Sidra Ahmad.

I went for opening my bank account today, my experience with Sidra Ahmed at Bank of America was pretty good. Her warmth, expertise, and personalized service have set a new standard for what I expect from my bank. She truly embodies what a customer-centric approach should be. ?Keep up the good work lady ??

If I could give 0 star I would ,this bank is the worst in the area,I went to add my child to my account,at first they asked me to wait few minutes I said okay,again after few minutes they cameback and asked me to wait more ,like really no body at all could help,I was so mad ,I waited for about an hour,and just decided to leave,I couldn't take it no more,the service is much better in Crystal lake ,I regret stopping by lake in the hills bank .I do not recommend.

No banks near me open anywhere for over a year now, time to switch banks.. some nonsense. Lake Zurichs branch has been open the whole time throughout covid. All around bs Thanks for being highly inconvenient through these tough times.

Every time I come here one of the atms is always down. Now they got new atms so I was excited. Not only did the atm not accept my deposit, but it froze and ate my card. Its too risky to use this atm location. You just know know if the devices will freeze with your card or money inside and your transaction unprocessed. And of course the customer service line takes forever to get to a real person and when you do, they can't help with much because they're not on site. Get it together Bank of America.

Bank of America has not done well in the Lake in the Hills area. It was previously on the corner of the intersection and was difficult to drive to, as there wasn't an entrance off of Randall or Algonquin. They moved across the street several years ago, but have since turned the location into ATM only access.This means that I have to drive to Crystal Lake for my needs and right now they're only accepting appointments.Here's what I will say... I have a HELOC through BOA, but my main bank is Chase... and Chase has better service, online access, mobile access, teller access, and as far as I can tell (around Chicagoland) ATM locations.One of my biggest gripes is that BOA only recently allowed users to access their HELOC transaction registers online, where previously you had to wait for the monthly statement.The only reason we went here, is because their rates were lower. Some of the online/app experience has improved over the years and as far as service, the original person we worked with at the Crystal Lake branch was great...but overall, for the banking experience, from top to bottom, I would not recommend anyone to use BOA as their main bank.When the branch was open, there were few tellers and long lines. They also make you use your card to perform inside bank transactions. I understand it's for "security", but it ends up making the interactions transactional and not personal, and if I'm going to keep my money in your bank, I'd like to feel like you care enough to get to know me and show me that my business is valued.
