It was JOANNA's 5⭐ work ethic that made this run from Houston, TX to Clarksville, AR happen by me. As most brokers are known to just let a load go bad then wait to see what happens - with Joanna, she got in the shippers ear and got things going. Once she saw I had not moved in awhile, she didn't wait to hear from me ... she knew something was wrong and touched bases with me 1st. It is normally 1 sided - the broker wants you to keep them updated on what is happening and that is as far as it goes. Joanna kept me informed on what was happening on her end according to what was happening on mine. Very easy to talk to, and an over all professional mannerism that is above reproach. If more brokers and freight agents of the various types would take heed to Joanna's work ethics - alot of the problems with dry freight would not happen. She has proven to be that one who is 2nd to none, and I can trust that she will be there on that run from start to finish. WELL DONE JOANNA !!!

Dear carriers avoid this broker at all cost they will charge you excessive 500$ late delivery fees 250$ no tracking fees when it’s time to send the payment for your loadI we had a horrible experience with these people .this company is run by dishonest immigrants. If you wanna run a load without getting paid this is the place.

First off I don’t do this often but when someone says they will pay you 800.00 to do a job and turns around and only pays 150.00 for a load is completely wrong. Just fyi if you plan on doing business with these people make sure you get your money in advance. Because when I say they will not pay you what they posted the load for. Please be aware of these brokers that are out to take and not give. We call this company scammers.
