David and Nora are the worst Bank tellers I have ever encountered. I opened up an account over 3 months ago and referred my husband as well because I was told that as long as I had a qualifying deposit of $4k or more we would get a bonus of $300. My husband wanted to originally open with chase (which will be doing now). We have waited longer than 90 days and have not recieved the bonus money when I called I spoke with Nora who said there was nothing she could do that I can wait until the following day and speak with David because he was the one who opened our accounts. I spoke with David this morning and he stated that it had to be a direct deposit and that is NOT what he said when I opened the account. My whole puprose of opening was because I was getting a settlement and needed an account to deposit the money in. I asked if that $7k check would count he said yes. Needless to say he swears now that he never said that and I know he did because I brought my husband in next day to open an account for the same reason. I am now going to close our account with them. This isnt the only issue with this bank. Any time we try to make a purchase with our debit cards our account is flagged for fraud and our card gets declined! Weve both have had to get several new cards and there has been times of a huge inconvience because we were on vaca when most of the fraud was flagged or shopping for vaca b4 leaving and both of our cards were declined and we both had more than enough funds in the account. This bank is horrible and HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMEND OPENING WITH THEM!

I came with my Mom to open a checking account and David Erik Rivera was super nice, clear, and friendly the entire time making the process streamlined and simple to understand. Super glad he works here and helped me.

Absolutely pathetic. I have been contacting them over a week for help. I have unauthorized charges on my account. And they appear to be doing zero about it. They are treating me like I am the criminal. Nothing but the run around. Personal banker says he will copy his manager. I reply twice after because I didn't hear back. And get the manager's out of office for the next week on her out of office reply. So that tells me what I need to know. She ignored my message. The first message her out of office wasn't turned on yet.This place is the worst. They do not care.

I am totally disappointed right now !! I am trying to get ahold of someone of the phone to assist me and nothing. The phone number associated to this branch is in a loop....press '0' for assistance and goes right back to that message. I even tried to call the 888 number and you need a temporary phone ID #....what the heck is that? I have been banking with BMO for more years than I can remember now and have NEVER been this disappointed. Please, someone....call me ASAP !!

HORRID - my mother who is a wheelchair and quite elderly, went in to stop her paper statements for which she was being charged. An employee (won't use names yet) gave her a username but my mom wanted me to contact him for the password and any final steps. I tried calling three times and left three voicemails for the employee. STILL WAITING! Unacceptable

If I could give zero stars I would. Not only was the manager and the tellers incredibly rude but they would not cash a certified check from their own institution. They made me wait an hour just to tell me they could not help me and when I said just give me my check back they refused to and made me wait another hour while making unnecessary phone calls. Very insulting and rude people if I were you I would stay clear of that bank. In the end I went to the Western Springs branch that is down the street and they cashed it with no problems and we're absolutely very polite. Stay away from this Lagrange Road branch.If the CEO happens to read this review I would suggest hiring new employees immediately.
