I don't usually leave reviews, but felt compelled after my amazing experience at Ed Morse Dodge. Salesman Sean Terry has been the best salesperson I have ever worked with. I was able to get exactly what I was looking for at a very competitive price. Sean went out of his way to fix the few minor issues I had after purchase. He definitely wants to make sure he doesn't just make a sale, but you get what you want and he's not happy unless you're 100% satisfied. Just know that if you buy a vehicle here you will get a great price and great service. They really put my mind at ease that they back the vehicles they sell and will always answer any questions or concerns you have promptly. Hats off to Ed Morse Dodge and Sean Terry. Thanks again! 5 star service!

Picked up my sister from there. She was getting a recall done on her 2006 Dodge Charger. It was done free of charge. I was shocked the salespeople didn't swarm on her due to the age of her car. That threw me. It's under new ownership so I wonder if that's why. Clean place and friendly employees.

Picked up my sister from there. She was getting a recall done on her 2006 Dodge Charger. It was done free of charge. I was shocked the salespeople didn't swarm on her due to the age of her car. That threw me. It's under new ownership so I wonder if that's why. Clean place and friendly employees.

Everyone there was friendly and on their game. Their prices were more than fair. I drove over 2.5 hours away to them when my local doge dealer had almost the identical truck!

Was visiting from out of town and ended up getting an oil change. The customer service was amazing, they got me in right away and I only had to wait 35min. Great experience.

Bad experience on the service department, wife took her jeep in, they said the transfer case needs to be replaced, was gonna be around $2900, they ended diagnosing it wrong, it ended up being control model for transfer case instead. I understand things can be miss diagnosed sometimes, they did take off $500 bucks for labor, but in reality it cost us $2400 for something they miss diagnosed wrong, not very happy.

Sean is wonderful to work with. We came in to look at a specific vehicle and he made the process as smooth as possible even handling an unexpected hiccup we encountered. We highly value good customer service as much as a quality vehicle and we got both here. We will definitely be back again!

Ima have to just give you’s a 2 star because they never have any Durango’s or Challengers in tha lot.!!! Lol , nah for real tho it’s Jeep and vans and some ram trucks.Just saying. Decent service and salesman is nice ?
