Would like to give it a negative 10 Stars. I had a FedEx package that needed to be dropped off I called the store to see if they accept the drop off since that's what I was told they said yes. So I packed my kids up and drove there only to find out that they can't take packages right now because they can't find their handheld so why did they tell me yes on the phone when they can't accept packages!!!

The sign says they open at 8am it's 830 in the morning and the door is locked still

This store (in Kansas IL) is fantastic. Employees friendly and helpful. They always seem to have items in stock despite shortages do to covid. Store is clean and we'll organized. Will always return.
