This was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I was in a pinch and needed a tire quick. I’m new to town and so I had no clue where to go. I called West Side Tire and they recommended a towing company and then ordered me a new tire. I dropped my car off the next day and within 2 hours my tire was on my car and ready for pickup. These guys are awesome!!!

West Side has some of the best customer service around! Colleen remembers me and my family even going months without needing service from them. They have extremely reasonable pricing and try to find any way they can to work with what you need. They truly go the extra mile! I will be a lifelong customer.

Great people to deal with. We've gone to them personally and professionally for years - mowers, vehicles, skid steer tires. For a reasonable price you get service the chain stores don't give you.

West Side Tire has excellent customer service. The new tires they replaced on my 2015 Ford Focus have improved my driving experience. I would recommend West Side Tire to anyone in need of new tires!

I called about tires for my daughters car. The woman that answered the phone was very professional and extremely nice. She gave me a great price and assured me that they would take very good care of her. THEY DID JUST THAT!!!! They were very friendly to my daughter and my 5 year old grandson. I would highly recommend them for any auto repairs.

Thought I needed tires they let me know tires were still good and just had a screw in the back tire causing a slow leak. They fixed the leak. Long story short they are very honest fixed my leaK in quick time and were very helpful. So if you need tires or anything I'd tecumseh going here I will definitely go back

Great service. Friendly staff. Honest about their services and fees and didnt try to pressure us and "upsell" us into added costly services like jiffy lube or 5 minute oil change always does. Will be using them from now on.

We have sets of tires on three vehicles from Westside Tire. The folks at this shop are old-fashioned professional. That means that they understand being trustworthy and ethical as well as very hard-working and accommodating is how to build and maintain a solid business-even during hard times. I handed over care of my commercial vehicle to them on day one. They do not limit their service to tires and alignments - they are also very good at standard service and problem-solving. They have never let me down. Highest recommendation.
