They are apart of intoxalock scam my vehicle was running perfectly fine before getting thus machine installed when took there for service they insured me it wasn't there machine and ask if I wanted them to check it for the problem when all along the machine was the problem it destroyed my electrical system and they had a chance to stop it by correcting there machine then the lied and told intoxalock I tampered with there machine when I ran a switch to start my car that they had malfunction long story short had the machine removed reset system and now my car is fine EITHER YOU PART OF THE PROBLEM OR THE SOLUTION IF YOU DONT KNOW ABOUT CARS YOU PROBABLY WOULD SAY THEY A 5 STAR BUT YOUR DEFINITELY GETTING BEAT GET A FIXED OR OB2 READER AND I GUARANTEE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

Had my granddaughters 2014 Kia optima towed there because the engine kept shutting off. Their diagnostic test said that her engine was locked up. We took the vehicle to another mechanic. The vehicle is running fine. They gave me a $ 50.00 check.

They are full of b.s. especially Kirk! They charged me for unnecessary things that did not contribute to the problem! Then did not fix the problem! When I took the vehicle back they first told me there was no problem then called back and said oh there is still a problem and they want to charge more…They will definitely SCAM a female!!!

I took my truck to get it aligned and they called back saying it needed ball joints so I took the truck back did the work myself and the ball joints were installed properly (I am a mechanic but do not have a alignment rack) but when I brought the truck back to get aligned as they said I could do I was denied service because my truck was slightly lifted above stock.

I put 4 new struts on my jeep, they did a four wheel alignment and mounted and balanced two replacement tires. Got me in quick and had me done same day. Very happy with their service!

Reviews looked promising, mechanics seemed knowledgeable. HOWEVER, there was absolutely no communication regarding the $80 diagnostic fee. Regardless of the shops hourly rates, $80 is far too high for basic OBDII diagnostics or intermediate diagnostics. After receiving the quote of $1,650 for 2.5 hours of work (approx. $514 in labor). These prices just are not competitive with any other shops in the area.(update: it was not the O2 sensors and other added expensive repairs. It was only the purge valve that needed replacing…quick and easy $30 fix)
