Rebuilt trans in my toyota rav4. It has been shifting perfect for ten thousand miles now. They were fair on price and got the work Done when they said they would.

Not one but both of my cars went down a few days from each other and the guys at Gear Masters got them in and turned back out with high quality work and we're extremly thorough too. Found an issue that would've left me stranded on the interstate had they only done the work that was requested. Great people, communication, prices, and high quality work.

Took my 2000 F250 V10 to get the trans redone. Quick turn around time, stuck to their price and running great now. Would go back again.

Gear Masters have serviced my cars for years. I have had transmissions rebuilt and other mechanical repairs. Their prices are the best in the area. I trust the owners and have recommended them over and over to friends and family.

Here is my review of gear masters. First lets clear up one thing to start, the service is only half of the product when dealing with the public the other half is the customer service. So that being said, customer service part, if you like the idea of someone telling you its $400 to tear down your transmission to see whats wrong with it, that would seem like an ok price; however, once you commit to that the switch comes in, that it will take another $250 to put it back together if you don't want it fixed. Now I am not sure how the rest of you feel but when you normally take your car somewhere and they give you a price for tear down, that normally includes putting it back together if you choose not to go forward. The next part of the review is the service, you are given options that aren't actually options they are suggestions that are basically just included because they said it was best. Which granted it is their shop but they have now taken the liberty of telling you that you can either pay $650 for nothing but a diagnosis, or you can pay for everything that they "suggested". I feel that since no one has written a review of this repair center, people have no idea what they are getting into at this shop so here is a little insight as to what to expect. Not to mention that they don't answer the phone during the day, and yes I understand they are doing work but really this is what customers like to see and is what people normally expect as another part of doing business. The 2 pictures I have included shows the disregard for the vehicle they are working on, this car was painted not even 2 months before it had to have the transmissions worked on and the scratches on the paint were obviously not there before.
