Was not open at 8am, said it would open at 930am. The person at the drive thru wouldn't help me with the one simple item I needed. I had to wait, not happy

It's seven in the morning and there were too many people right now outside the Walgreens waiting for them to open because supposedly the hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. It's 7:15 and they can't open yet

*2nd time writing this review*
i shopped at this location last week, i had a coupon buy one get one free, the clerk could not apply the coupon, the shift manager would not either, claiming the item was on "sale" so no coupon can be used, i explained to them a valid coupon can be added. They became unpleasant & rude and motioned me to exit the store, also encouraged me to call corporate to file a complaint. I called. I returned the next day and spoke with the store manager that helped me redeem the coupon & buy the items.

Pharmacy service it’s the worse, doctor sent my 18 old month baby prescription and they still don’t want to make my baby prescription, Ashley put me on Hold for 30min and never answer, Ashley shouldn’t work there she’s not professional,

They have a worst customer service! I am currently 8 months pregnant and the employee was very rude. I kindly ask if I can use the bathroom and she said no they are not open.She didn’t even seem to care or try to help me out.

the manager Felix likes to argue with kids & his own staff and proceeds to call them hypocrites when he himself doesn't even know what's going on!!! no wonder he can't keep a staff & the store is always closed! another female manager is always just there on her phone doing nothing.. terrible store.

For some reason they are frequently out of stock for their Nice! brand frozen pizza, which is a good buy, actually lots of frozen food is low or out of stock. Store is always clean and the staff friendly though, so I keep going back

They are a FedEx drop off point without any actual FedEx supplies. When customers come in to ship they expect the place to have the actual envelopes to ship in.
