I went there to get my nails done and U had the badest experience there,
The Men that was doing my nails was so rude and kept telling that I am wasting his time. All that because I wanted get good nails. I'm never going back.

I came in to get a pedicure and as soon as I sat down I regretted my decision. But I would rather deal with the consequences then to leave after I've made eye contact with the employees. I have to say, the lady did do a great job on my pedicure BUT I was not comfortable here at all! This place is absolutely disgusting. They need to close and literally deep clean everything. The fact that they can stay open with it looking like this is shocking. I won't ever go back here

I got my nails done 01/16/24 and 2 popped off 2 hrs later I came back today 1/17/24 and they argued about fixing them and also tried to charge they were so rude and talking about me I’m sure in their language and also made me wait I will never come back here again

I see why the reviews are so low , called for a fill in was told when I got here my nails were too long !?? I said the guy can’t cut them down and the lady said no… this place is a joke and I will never look that direction ever don’t waste your time going there what kind of customer service is that??? To turn someone away for a fill ? Stupid individuals can’t believe I wasted time driving there ? doesn’t deserve 1 star ….

Terrible pedicure. Did my husband's find but mine was horrible.The wome had trouble cutting and shaping nail. There were dirty towel 's on floor. Did not check if my nails were completely dry. They weren't.

Went to get my nails filled today and checked out this place to see whether it was as disorganized as YELP reviews stated. Was immediately greeted at the front counter and was asked what I needed. A gentleman came over and asked me to pick a color. When I showed him my current design, and asked if he could repeat it, except in Christmas red and green colors. He agreed and quickly sat me down and got to work. We chit chatted for a bit while he quickly gave me what I requested (checking with me a couple times on colors/shades chosen). I'm guessing that past reviews either caught this place on a bad day, or they saw the reviews and cleaned house, because I didn't see the issues stated prior to my visit and could not have been happier with my service!! Thank You for the relaxing pampering!

Really dirty inside, trash, gross floors, employee's snacks everywhere, i came here only to use a gift card and it was truly so bad that I won't even use the money thats left on the gift card. The guy cut me and then he was complaining about it and he also did a really bad job of the manicure, he missed the sides of my nails and didn't even cover the tip with polish. They also made me pay in the middle of the manicure, not the beginning, not the end, the middle. I was so confused why they would do that. They also gave me a LECTURE about how my gift card was too old but they would still take it but they were so aggressive about it it was awful

I don't recommend them at all. They have terrible customer service, they kept me there waiting for two hours and they only talked to each other and every time I got up to leave they told me don't wait, it's your turn and they never passed me, they only did my feet and my hands were missing because I didn't want to. I wasted more of my time there and when I asked for the check they were outraged because I wouldn't wait for them anymore. Apart from the fact that their work is not very good, it is very expensive and they have terrible service.

BEWARE!! CLASSROOM OF KINDERGARTEN KIDS can do better job! I paid $152 for 2 no chip full sets and one pedicure with no chip polish on top of tipping $30!!!! It’s so dark u can’t see too well until u get into light and took my daughter todqy for feet and nails for prom and I am horrified! I ha e had nails for years and never experienced this terrible of work before! When I complained about the work guy did lady says sit down she will fix it?? no thank u! Do not go there I don’t care if I’m a bind for time DO NOT and look and my pictures and then see if u would like to walk around like this??? Only cash app, zelle, check or cash no debit/credit cards we’ll guess what?? I’m in luck cause I’m old fashioned and not tech savvy I had to only pay with card! So I am disputing this charge!!! I will pay them for their service of course but nobody ever asked how long we wanted the nails he just cut and no cuticles were even drilled away which is part of service they r supposed to provide no smooth surface I have bumps all over and I honestly was going to sacrifice my horrible job done so my daughter could get hers redone somewhere else but she says she will fix them! No thanks if one of them can’t do it none of them can! So happy to take our money though ? good luck u have been warned

Terrible. Came in last night for the first time ever, haven’t had my nails done in over a year so was really looking forward to it. The man doing my nails cut my thumbs way shorter than all my other nails, but the paint job is the worst part. I showed him a picture (something so simple I could’ve probably done myself) and the whole time had to ask everyone around him how to do it. So as that wasn’t worrisome enough, the comparison of the picture I showed to my actual nails are laughable. It looks like a 4 year old did some weird random squiggles. I couldn’t even see how bad they were until I left due to the dim lighting in the place, not to mention it was almost closed and I had a movie to catch right that very minute. So I thought it’d be no big deal to call the next day to see if the owner could fix them. I just spoke to her and she was incredibly rude about it, about how because I didn’t tell them last night that I didn’t like them that they’ll only fix them for me if I pay again. As if I didn’t just completely waste $50 as it is on terrible work. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I am not in the habit of writing reviews. I have written a handful in my life and I tend to write positive ones. This will not be one of those. I have never been treated worse in my life as a customer than I was at Toe Heaven. I called the day before to make two pedicure appointments for my friend and myself. The lady on the phone was curt to the point of rude but I just figured they must be very busy and gave her the benefit of the doubt. She barked at me that they were totally booked that day and I politely responded no problem as I wanted my appointments at 4:45 the next day. She asked my name, told me I was booked for 4:45 the next day, and hung up. I was surprised she didn't ask for my phone number. The next day my friend and I walked in and the same lady I talked to on the phone was there. She asked if we had an appointment and I said yes and gave her my name. She instantly became hostile and claimed our appointments were at 3:30 and we never showed up. She said she called me and I didn't answer. I politely insisted that our appointments were for 4:45 and I checked my phone and confirmed I had not received a call from her. She yelled at me that she did call and even told me what number she called (not even close to my number). I told her it wasn't my number and that she never asked for my number. She said she got it from caller ID and that I called there at 1:17. I pulled up my phone and showed her I did not call at 1:17 (I called several minutes later) and reiterated that I made the appointments for 4:45 and not 3:30 because I wasn't even off work then. She continued yelling at me and telling me it was my fault. I just turned around and walked out. It was humiliating to be treated like that in front of my friend and everyone else in the establishment. If she had just come clean and said she screwed up the scheduling I would have been upset and disappointed but I understand accidents happen. If she had done that I wouldn't be writing this review. But unfortunately here we are. So my advice is go to Classy Nails instead. It's located in the mall and they were amazing when they took us as walk-ins.
