They always accommodate and not long of a wait time, if any. Leechi is the best. She is cute and takes her time on your pedicure. She takes pride in her work and I truly enjoy coming to her. We don’t hold conversation which is fine but she knows who I am and I won’t go to anyone else for a pedi here. They have reasonable pricing. I would recommend.

This is usually my go to place but it’s ridiculous that only one person knows how to do waxing. We walked in and the place had one customer! There were 4 employees sitting and playing on their phones. We needed our eyebrows done the man told us to wait.. after waiting 10 mins we walked out and came to the mall.Also they changed their prices just a heads up before you go!

My friends swear by this spa, so I made a pedicure appointment with holly (my friends told me everyone else rushes). I called ahead and made sure holly was available at 4:15, they said yes. When I got there I sat in the lobby for fifteen minutes and then another 25 minutes with my feet in water. I was just about to get up and leave when holly came over and said “she’s going to work on you”. Needless to say I was late to my party (I was finally serviced at 4:55). I don’t think I’ll be returning. It would have been fine if I wasn’t on a time crunch, and if the 4:15 call ahead would have been honored.

went in to get a classic pedi with french tip, asked about how much is the upcharge for the french and the tech who seemed not happy that i wanted french tip. I had to ask for them to fix them a bit because the french was too thick and not all the nails looked even. I felt the need apologize for being difficult due to the techs demeanor. The pedi bowls do not get cleaned inbetween client nor do the techs tools. I saw the tech grab the tools she used on me, rinsed them in the water my feet were soaked in and put back in her cart. the last time i go there.

Best services ever!!!All staff was so nice.My nails before coming here were done horrible and Michael fix them and made them into this beauty?The hardest part is choosing a color because they have a large variety.Highly recommend them?

I don't know why I keep giving this place a chance. I started going somewhere else about a year ago and recently came back here. I've been here 3 times in the last 2 months, the 1st time back it was great. (pretty sure it's the owners husband that took care of me). The 2nd time I had the lady that seems to just do pedicures, she did a good job too. Today I'm pretty sure the kid was timing himself to see how fast he could possibly get a pedicure and manicure done. If there was a contest he won for sure. He was going so fast that he kept knicking me with the file and the cuticle cutter and when I would pull my hand away because it hurt he would say, stop moving. I will typically get an upgraded pedicure but I wasn't even asked what I would like. Today was their last chance. You guys really need to up your game because you have a lot of competition around doing a WHOLE LOT MORE in a much cuter and cleaner salon.
