We showed up for a 10am tour at 17 S. CENTER ST. JOLIET, IL and found a gravel parking lot, boarded up windows in the most ghetto neighborhood surrounding, run down area, construction everywhere and bums fighting over a cigarette across the street. We called to cancel our appointment and the front desk was very kind about it. Then Leticia calls us and insisted over and over again that we must have went to their competitors Jacob Henry Mansion, that there were no bums, that they have perfect reviews and we must have went to the wrong area because the area is pristine....I told her the exact address and saw the exact building from all their photos. She argued for about 5 minutes like that would change our mind. She was very defensive and rude. She was pushy on when to arrange the tour to begin with. They went from $185 a plate to $101 a plate. Over priced for what they offer and Leticia the property manager was very unprofessional. Do

The wait servers and property managers clearly work harmoniously to ensure every vision of an event is fulfilled.

We had our wedding at The Haley Mansion, and it was absolutely perfect! The stunning setting and professional, attentive staff made our day unforgettable. I got married here - absolutely beautiful venue and the staff and amenities are top-notch. The best part is they have their own manager day of, Eloy, who looks over everything to make sure it goes smoothly. I’d give 6 stars if I could!

We recently had our daughter's wedding at the mansion. It was a perfect night. The service was excellent! At one point a server searched out my daughter on an upper floor and brought her a plate of hors d'oeuvre saying that they didn't want her to miss out. Eloy the Maitre D, was amazing in seeing everything and keeping the serving prompt. I also want to call out the chefs because the food was fabulous in taste and proportions. This venue is worth every penny
