1st of all 0 stars if it was an option. Horrible experience. 1st they broke my anti and scratched my bumber . As a result the said the are not reliable so I suggest that if you want bad service and rude customer service then by all means go here just don't expect them to cover and damages and have any respect for you .

Car mat was damaged during the removal process after being stuck in the cleaner. They did nothing but point to a statement that they bare not responsiblity. I know it is just a car wash but I am not impressed with their service recovery.

This use to be the best car wash in joliet. Now you half of your car has soap on it when you’re done, 0 tire shine applied on 3 tires — dripping tire shine on the other. Go to use the mat cleaning machines and your car floor mat comes out dirtier than you sent it in.
