Not sure why all the bad reviews, we arrived 2 hours early, got a dock, and were unloaded by our 8am appointment time. Ladies in the garden shack, very knowledgeable and friendly. Great job petco!!!

They are very slow they want you to drop your trailer on door she will say I will call you when is ready while you waiting you can't be on their parking alot you have to go other side of building. You just wait on your luck if you go back and ask her she has very nasty attitude she just yell at you like kid. I am not going back here and i am not coming back here again i checked in at 11am now is 4pm still they didn't call me . Because of this kind of people they are making hard ond driver.Тупа пезда

0700 appointment for unload check in at security gate they'll give you a door. Take your paperwork inside & wait for yard dog to let you know your ready to go.

Horrible customer service. Got there 45 minutes before my appointment and got turned away. Very tight place to try and turn around. JB Hunt day cabs that cut you off everywhere.

This is a very restricted space for 18 wheelers to be making deliveries and pickups. This is a very disorganized crew that tends to schedule deliveries too close to each other and cannot meet a simple 18 pallet loading time within 3 hours. Furthermore as postmaster I have indicated to them that they have been engaged in mail fraud by putting in the incorrect destination address on the bills of lading. This may have not been intentional however official notification has been issued to the management that bills of ladings are federal documents according to:49 CFR 395.11 (c): Bills of lading, itineraries, schedules, or equivalent documents that indicate the origin and destination of each trip;Be sure to check your bill of lading and ensure that you have the correct destination address and the correct seal numbers.There is a recipe for disaster here. There is too much crowding, lack of attention to detail, and no OSHA regulations enforcement of the way trailers are parked for loading.

Arrived at 1245 for a 1300 appointment. Checked in with the guard and given a door to drop my trailer. Dropped my trailer and told to bobtail to the otherside of the building and park with other bobtail trucks. Took about 3 hrs before I got the call saying it was ready. Hooked up to it, pulled out and went back to the guard shack to get my paperwork and seal. A lot of drivers do a drop and hook here so the paperwork will be with the main office. Guard will give you instructions if you do a drop and hook.

Deliver here was 5 min early and got right in a door they have a restroom and a drink mechine took about 1.5 hr and was out not bad was told loading is really slow.
