We had THE best experience with this location. We were here for the pediatric team evaluation for medical and autism diagnosis. Our providers were :Stephanie RKatie SKarrie RMichele PKeri JJessica CMy son loved them all! && the wait time for appointments were all in the ten - fifteen minute time frame of start time. Parking is hit or miss but they do have a lot in front of the location it’s marked with red fences. But if you pull Into the lot for main area in the back there is special parking for people going through the evaluation marked as “client family parking” the lobby is huge with toys and books and usually animal planet on the tv. Front desk has been super nice every time I’ve gone. The doors are automatic opening so this is the only down side as my son obsesses with the mechanics of sliding doors and so for me there is no sit time in the lobby because the parking street entrance if two feet from the open door and my son is a runner ! But if I got give this place ten stars I would.Thank you everyone and we hope to see ya for summer activities ?

I was under the impression this facility was going to help my premature child, only to find out from experience its nothing but empty promises and waits. The specialist there is extremely forgetful (Diane). I had to reach out every day for almost 3 weeks to find out if she contacted my daughter's school team. Her response was she was too busy with other clients to send out a 5 minute email.

The worst place to take your children to. Michelle Condorty is the person in charge of the daycare and the most unprofessional manager of this place, I made complaints about this daycare because I witnessed my daughter being left alone on a table unsupervised and in her carseat one day that I picked her up they didn't like it and since I put this complaint they started acting up against me. My daughter was receiving therapy here and It was the only reason why i kept taking her here but she caught a virus here and ended up in the hospital for a week when I called Michelle told me my daughter had been dropped from the program without previous notice. She has special needs and was dropped from therapy as well. They are evil, people should not donate to this place they do not help families with children with special needs for sure and they denied my daughter services just because I told them they were doing something that was putting my daughter in danger.

Came to Easter Seals based on a recommendation from our speech therapist at Troy pre-school. We enrolled our son for just the summer group so he had something to help bridge the gap during the summer when there was no speech at the school. Glad we were able to get into a group! My son loves coming each week. Staff is friendly and makes sure the kids are safe. Even makes a craft every week!

If I could give a zero I would. Michelle is about as caring as a sea snake. My grandson has a developmental delay. He also tantrums, but is not aggressive towards others. On his first day after 20 minutes I had to go pick him up. I was told they couldn't accommodate him. 20 minutes!!!! Its not for kids of varying abilities. Its under staffed and I agree with a previous post about the director " Michelle " . I had to get nasty with her when I returned to pick him up. My 74 year old mother can handle my 2 year old grandson, but this place couldn't? On hindsight I didn't like Michelle when I met her. Always go with intuitive responses in the future.

Easter Seals in Joliet stold my heart. My daughter loves going there. She has her bad days, but the therapists there do not let that effect anything. Ms. Rachel, and Miss Katie give there all to my daughter. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
