I love this store but even more I love Barbara that works there. She’s friendly and such a welcoming person every time I come in. She helps me out with any questions I have and is very patient with me no matter how many questions I ask! Hands down this lady deserves a raise, she gets me every time with an up sale but everything she has suggested has really been amazing products I wouldn’t even think to try if she hadn’t suggested it for me. She’s truly a huge help and I really appreciate her.

Terrible customer service. Waited to be checked out for 30 min while employee was on the phone doing an order. Asked politely to be checked out since I needed to get to my studio and she told me she’s doing an order on the phone so not until she was done. Told me she’s the only employee which I FULLY understand but I was already waiting a long time and other people were ready to check out and she didn’t seem to care about anyone in the store but the order on the phone which clearly was going to take her an hour so there should be more people working if that is the case. I will gladly drive farther to a different location where I always get great service.

Okay, honestly I have been having bad experiences here for years now, but today was the last straw. I was told to “smile” because I looked like I was going to punch someone in the face. Excuse me? I told her it’s not very nice to tell someone to smile because they could be having a bad day or lost a loved one etc and she said “yeah well life goes on, be on your merry way ADIOS!” Extremely unprofessional. There’s always a comment made on what your buying or your appearance. For reference I was actually having a good day and I don’t walk around with a grin because I’m a normal person. Anyways, I will not be going back. They’re inappropriate and need to stick to maybe learning about the products they sell and not how their customers look.

Showed up before 6 pm to pick up color and doors were locked and older women by the name of Barbara said I was out of luck and that the manager Connie only gives her 15 minutes to close and be out of the store and that I would need to come back tomorrow after I drove her knowing I would get here before they closed very rude and unprofessional lady who needs to work somewhere else This will be the last time I come store
