SCAM ALERT!!! Terrible experience with Classy Nails at Joliet Mall. They are doing some shady things at this location. They don't accept credit cards even though there are decals on the window showing Discover, Visa, and Mastercard (even though they have taken these in the past). They want you to cash app them the money. I wouldn't be surprised if they are not reporting the sales and pocketing the money. I will never go back to this location!

Went in for a full set they shaved off the oil polish so hard my finger started to feel like it was buring. After the acrylic was applied my fingers started feeling like they were burning again. The skin around my nails are peeling now. Not to mention when they were shaving down the acrylic they kept catching my skin ouch! First time going and definitely won't be back.

Went to the Classy Nails & Spa in Joliet for a pedicure, and I must say, it turned out to be a surprisingly enjoyable experience. Initially, I was reluctant, as my girlfriend convinced me to join her, but I left Classy Nails & Spa feeling refreshed and satisfied.First and foremost, the atmosphere at Classy Nails & Spa is exquisite. As soon as we stepped inside, we were greeted warmly by the friendly staff. The salon's clean and classy interior immediately put me at ease, creating a relaxed environment that added to the overall experience. The soft music playing in the background and the soothing aroma in the air further enhanced the ambiance, ensuring a tranquil and comfortable atmosphere throughout our visit.The nail technicians at Classy Nails & Spa are highly skilled and attentive. My pedicure was performed with great care and precision. The technician paid close attention to detail, ensuring that my nails were perfectly shaped and polished to my liking. Additionally, they took their time to provide a thorough and relaxing foot massage, which left my feet feeling rejuvenated and incredibly smooth.What impressed me the most was the level of hygiene and cleanliness maintained by Classy Nails & Spa. The tools and equipment used during my pedicure were all properly sanitized and sterilized, giving me peace of mind and reassurance of their commitment to customer safety. The staff consistently followed rigorous hygiene protocols, such as using disposable liners for the footbaths, which further exemplified their dedication to maintaining a sanitary environment.Throughout the entire process, the staff were courteous, friendly, and ensured that my girlfriend and I were comfortable at all times. There okay. They are kind of pricy and they don't really listen when you ask them questions about the product. My no chip nail polish chipped off real quick. However the guy did a good job with pedicure. I only went there only once. Its okay.
