There is no check in or sign in sheet was told to sit and wait.then lady comes out and says who's next? I couldn't believe that it was my responsibility to know who I was after with a room full of people. When I mentioned it to her she just shrugged her shoulders. Don't waste your time here go somewhere reputable.

Super rude. Low staff. If you don’t have enough people to work, maybe don’t have a drug testing company???? 3 hour wait is ridiculous for a drug test and the staff was so rude. No one wants to do a drug test the least you could do is be efficient at your job and not ignorant. Very specifically a woman named Dottie should maybe get retrained on her people skills.

Terrible pace called 27 times and no answer then you get there and they don’t want to receive you because you have no appointment so how am I supposed to make an appointment if no one answers the phone !

i got drug tested there they lost my simple they made me waited 2 weeks no results when I call them they said they don’t know they very rude and when I call the lab the lab said they never received my sample do not go there you will regret it

I’ve had to come here a couple times for tests and they have always been super polite, and quick. Never had to make an appointment just walk in and have your email or form with the barcode ??

Worst staff ever! The woman who took me in had an attitude the whole time! Kept telling me i needed this and that and that she cant do this test because its the wrong order form. Ended up leaving and going to a different clinic where i was treated like i meant something. Worst service ever! Do not go there.
