After having issues with the transfer of banks and an out dated account I was ready to find a new bank but went to my local branch and Alyssa was more than helpful in getting it resolved, restoring my faith in ONB.

Was with First Midwest for over 40 years (b4 they were First Midwest) and was always happy. Old National Bank took over and take far longer to process transactions on my account online, made several policy changes I am unhappy with and I can tell the original First Midwest employees are not happy either.

This "merger" was so poorly executed and the branch employees and customers are the ones who suffer. Their online banking is awful. The lack of access to my previous banking records seems borderline illegal. I see no reason to stay. Closing my 3 accounts within the week.

Bogus and unethical company that's partnered with lending tree who just wants your personal information. Despite a great credit score they claim to not be able to accommodate a loan. Don't trust either! Absolute garbage. Now my personal information is floating around with two different companies because lending tree asks you everything and then says this company approved you. Then midwest asks all the same questions claiming that lending tree didn't share anything so they hit you with another hard pull dinging your credit score even more so. How is this okay to promise a product and not deliver?! All they were after was the personal information
